Ian, along with Cranbrook Partners, acquired Ritner Steel in December 2025. He has 10+ years of operations and strategy experience, most recently at DoorDash, where he supported several of the company's fastest-growing retail and grocery businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting at Roland Berger, advising automotive & industrials clients on growth strategy and operational performance.

As Executive Chairman, Ian works alongside the leadership team to execute the company's long-term strategic vision. Ian focuses on building great businesses through thoughtful capital allocation, operational excellence, and long-term partnership with management teams. He is particularly passionate about using technology and data to improve decision-making while preserving the entrepreneurial cultures that drive exceptional businesses.

Ian received his BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, as well as a BA in Political Science from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan.

Chuck has spent nearly thirty years leading operations in manufacturing and commercial construction, and has built his career around a single recurring question: where is the constraint, and what will it take to move it?

Before Ritner, Chuck served as Vice President of Operations at CCS Building Group, a central Pennsylvania commercial general contractor, where he oversaw field operations, project management, and the strategy behind self-performed work. Earlier, as VP of Operations at Classic Rock Fabrication, he carried full P&L responsibility for a 120-person organization and rolled out Theory of Constraints and Quick Response Manufacturing across the enterprise. The decade that shaped him most was at StoneCrafters, where he grew the company from 10 employees and $4M in revenue to 50 employees and $12M — integrating a new ERP system, going paperless, and cutting installation lead times to a single week.

Chuck's conviction is that operational excellence is a people problem before it is a process problem. Systems and methodology matter enormously, but they only hold when the team running them has been developed to own them.

He is a graduate of Rowan University and lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Damean brings nearly two decades of finance leadership in manufacturing, with a track record of modernizing financial systems and building finance teams that operate as true partners to operations rather than a back-office function. Along the way, he has been recognized for delivering major technology transitions on time and under budget, and for turning slow, fragmented reporting processes into fast, reliable ones.

Damean joins Ritner Steel from Specialty Granules LLC, a $350M aggregates and mining manufacturer, where he served as Vice President of Finance leading a team of 19 across Finance, Procurement, and Logistics. Before that, he spent over a decade with Voith Turbo and Voith Paper as Vice President of Finance for North America, as well as serving as Board Chair for the company's Mexico and Canada operations.

Damean's conviction is that finance works best as a partner to the business, not a scorekeeper. He builds relationships across operations, HR, IT, and sales to help management teams make faster, better-informed decisions, and he invests in developing his own team's ownership and accountability along the way.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, Damean now lives in York, Pennsylvania.
